1. Cancellation by Organizers: If a game is canceled by the organizers for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
2. Withdrawal by Participant: Players who wish to withdraw from a game must notify the organizers at least 15 days before the game start time to be eligible for a refund.
3. Medical Emergencies: In cases of medical emergencies, a partial refund may be granted with appropriate documentation (e.g., a medical certificate).

Refund Process

To request a refund, participants must follow these steps:

1. Submit a written request via email to resum.team@gmail.com.
2. Include the following information in the request:
• a. Player's name
• b. Game title and date
• c. Reason for the refund request
• d. Proof of payment (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

1. Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
