ABOUT US
Regency Estate Saidham Utsav Mandal is a non-profit organization registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. (Registration No. F/31593/THANE). After beginning its journey in the early 2010 RESUM has blossomed into an organization supporting the activities for noble-cause colossus that has attained local recognition in multiple streams of social cause campaign. Over the past 7 years, the Mandal has developed a large group of Volunteers in Regency Complex and has spread its wings within the vicinity of Regency Estate -Dombivli East. RESUM today is proud of organizing some of the finest social activities like Blood Donations Camp, Distribution of free books among needy school children, Tree Plantations, Swachh Bharat (Clean India) campaign, Educational & Carrier Guidance Seminars. While preserving traditional values, customs, traditions and cultural Heritage of our community and providing glimpses of various other cultures through entertainment of young, youth and all Cultural Programs has been playing a vital role.
OUR CULTURAL EVENTS
Holi
In the evening bonfires are lit where people gathers for Pooja & Aarti, These symbolize the burning of Holika and the destruction of Evil.
Rang Pancham
Rang Panchami is the only festival where caste distinction is abandoned. People forget the class or race of one another.
Gudi Padwa
Gudi Padwa is a spring time festival that marks the traditional Hindu new year. We welcomes Gudi Padwa with Shobhayatra.
Janmashtami/Dahi Handi

REGENCY KHEL MAHOSTAV – SPORTS FESTIVAL
The REGENCY KHEL MAHOSTAV is being organized by REGENCY Estate Saidham Utsav Mandal in association with prominent sponsors from 2nd Week of November to 3rd Week of January every year, to invite the talent from the complex to come and participate in a multisport championship & to promote the culture of sports. A need has been felt to deepen the sports culture among the youth. The festival helps involve youth in large numbers to participate in popular sports and encourages them to achieve excellence and adopt a healthy lifestyle. These Games are intended to act as a catalyst to promote sports.
